[directfb-dev] XDirectFB up and running with X.org 6.8.1

Successfully using XDirectFB with SPBLinux for more than a years time,
I decided to try to update:
- X.org 6.81 with XDirectFB (cvs 2005-01-08) and DirectFB 0.9.21
- X compiled with transparency patch (and, not yet used, composite
extension)

Results:
- until now everything I need for SPBLinux seems to run smoothly
  (looks like it did with the previous version; screenshots at
http://spblinux.sf.net)
- composite extension is untested and I guess not working until
  the transparency patch is transformed into that extension - any
volunteers?
- the xdirectfb patches adapted to X.org 6.8.1 and some documentation is at
  http://www.spblinux.de/spb2/b13pre/buildinfo-xdirectfb-xorg.zip
- the patch is far from being perfect, but my DirectFB X server is running
