Nope.  The cable-in jack on your TV is "RF".  The output on the G400
is either S-Video or composite.  You will need to go out and buy (or
build from a circuit design you might be able to find on the Internet)
one of those "audio/video to RF" converters.  It will have both audio
and video inputs and will give you a single "RF" output.  That will
carry both the audio and video to your television as you are looking
for.

I bought one of those converter boxes here a while back (when we had
an ancient floor-standing television) for about CAN$40.
